This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time for any reason; each version will apply to information collected while it was in place. We will notify you of any material changes to our Privacy Policy by posting the new Privacy Policy on our Site. You are advised to consult this Privacy Policy regularly for any changes.

By using the Service you are consenting to our processing of your information as set forth in this Privacy Policy now and as amended by AutomagiQ from time to time.

"Processing" means using cookies on a computer or using or touching information in any way, including, but not limited to, collecting, storing, deleting, using, combining and disclosing information, all of which activities will take place in the United States. If you reside outside the U.S. your personally identifiable information will be transferred to the U.S., and processed and stored there under U.S. privacy standards. By using our Service and providing information to AutomagiQ, you consent to such transfer to, and processing in, the US.

We collect two types of information with our Service - personal information and aggregated information.  "Personal Information" identifies an individual such as your real name or email address.  "Aggregated" information is typically about a group or a collection of users where each users personal identity has been removed.  We use aggregated data to understand how the Service is working.  

The bottom-line is that personal information is used internally and will not be shared with any third party unless 1) we reasonably believe we are compelled by applicable state and federal laws, or (2) we reasonably believe that an emergency involving immediate danger of death or serious physical injury to any person, or other irreparable injury, including economic interests of a third party, requires disclosure of the information without delay, or 3) in connection with an acquisition, merger, or sale of all or a substantial portion of our business, with or to a company in a substantially similar business, provided that the other company agrees to comply with this or with a reasonably comparable privacy policy.

We may from time to time share aggregated information.

When you upload Content to the Service they are retained for a certain time on the servers of our third party service provider and you should be aware that these files are not encrypted.
